General FAQ's

  • What payment menthods are accepted?
  • We proudly accept PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and eChecks for any of our services. If you do no have a PayPal account, you can open one for free HERE. Please note that any services paid for by eCheck will be process after the check clears, not before.

  • I have submitted an email or support ticket. How long until I receive a response?
  • All emails and support tickets are answered within 24 hours, but usually much sooner, except in times of family emergency or holiday. Please view our Business Hours located on our Company Contacts page HERE.

    Graphic/Website Design FAQ's

  • How long will it take to process my order?
  • Design orders are processed in the order they are received, unless Rush Service is purchased along with your order. Turnaround times cannot be guaranteed because they will always vary depending on how many orders are in the queue before yours was placed. If you would like an estimated time frame for your project to begin, please inquire about our current schedule and/or request a free price quote HERE.

  • What formats are available for my images?
  • We will only provide you with the following file formats of your choosing: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .png
    We do not and will not provide you with .psd files, so please do not ask. No exceptions will be made.

  • Can I pay after my graphics are delivered?
  • No. Work on your graphics and/or project will not begin until payment is received. You do not have to make a payment for your project to be considered in the queue or "in line," but your project will not be started when it is your turn until payment is made. If payment is not received when it is time to begin your order, we will move to the next project in the queue.

    Step-by-Step instructions for starting your own website.

    If you are unsure how to complete any of these steps, or just need extra help, do not hestitate to contact us! We are here to help you every step of the way and will gladly provide extra guidance. You can contact us by any method listed on our Company Contacts page HERE.

    Step 1) You will need to purchase a domain (i.e. yoursite.com); we recommend using Godaddy.com for your domain needs.

    Step 2) After you have purchased your domain, you will need to purchase a hosting plan for your website. You can view our Shared Hosting Plans HERE, or view our Dedicated Server Plans HERE. If you are unsure of the type or size of plan your website will require, please see the information at the top of these instructions to contact us for our professional recommendation.

    Step 3) Once your hosting plan has been purchased, we will create your hosting account within 24 hours (usually much sooner), and email all details to the email address provided in your order. This will include the cPanel Control Panel login and FTP Account information you will need to access your website.

    Step 4) The final step is to change the DNS (Nameservers) on your domain to point here to our servers. Until the nameservers are set, your website will not be accessible by you or the public. The nameservers needed to host your website here will be provided in the email you receive containing all of your hosting account and login information. To change your DNS information, you will need to login to your account at your domain provider, go to your domain manager area, and select the domain you want to host here. Usually you will see an option to set nameservers/DNS in the toolbar above your domain area. Once you have set your nameservers to the ones provided to you in your account information email, it can take up to 72 hours for your domain to "settle" to our servers (usually much sooner). When the domain fully settles, you can begin uploading your website material and building your new website!
